Damian Salas, Founder and CEO
Damian is the founder and CEO of Universal Home Services (UHS), a real estate services company. He holds a patent in the home inspections services industry. In addition, Damian is founder of Inovas Group, LLC, a holding company with current assets including Universal Home Services, and former assets Inovas Workforce (a management consulting firm) and Inovas Group (biomedical commercialization firm with a nanomaterial for healthcare). He is a member of the founding team of a startup in higher education and mentors startups in tech, consumer products and real estate in the Philly region.

Damian comes from a tradition of real estate founders with a long and successful history in South Jersey including Steward Real Estate and Salas Home Builders, Inc. He is advised and mentored by industry professionals with proven leadership including the Past-President of the MLS of South Jersey.
​
Damian sits on the boards of THE ITEM and Volunteer Aid and is Member Emeritus of the Philadelphia Alliance, a $5 Billion Healthcare Association. He is the recipient of the Elizabeth Brambaugh Award and the inaugural Excellence in Service Award.
When he's not working, Damian enjoys time with his wife and daughters.
